Blog use in my classroom

In my classroom id use a blog for the children to develop their writing skills. Id have them write letters
to their friends or pen friends. Also the blog can be use to keep the parents up to date on whats happening
in the classroom, what ever new development that we are doing . and finally id use it as a way of also
keeping a portfolio of the students.
The teacher may use a blog in the classroom to benefit her in the area of technology development and also this may help her to keep a proper record of her/him students development.
